Refund & Return Policy

At Trackify, we want you to love what you wear. If for any reason you are not satisfied with your purchase, you may return it within 15 days of receiving your order.

Eligibility for Returns:

  • Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in their original condition with tags attached.

  • Proof of purchase (order number or receipt) is required.

  • Sale or discounted items are not eligible for return.

How to Initiate a Return:
To start a return, please email our support team at info@trackifyshop.com within 7 days of receiving your order. Our team will guide you through the return process and provide you with a return address or label if applicable.

Refunds:
Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we’ll notify you by email. If approved, your refund will be processed to your original method of payment within 5–10 business days, depending on your bank or payment provider.

Exchanges:
At the moment, we do not offer direct exchanges. If you would like a different size or color, please return the item and place a new order.

Non-Returnable Items:

  • Items without tags or not in original condition

  • Sale or clearance items

  • Gift cards
